Loving God & Loving Others

Our journey so far

A Jesus patterned movement

God’s servant, Victor Oluwadamilare, having received the vision of the Assignment of Ecclesia as far back as 1999, was instructed by God to go through a period of training in the Living Faith Church to prepare for the Assignment. In the direct words of God, He said “This is your place of training; this is your place of service. Stay in here until I make you”.

The said training took 15 years (2001-2016) of die-hard commitment to the Living Faith Church Course and Bishop David Oyedepo for him to be ready for the Assignment. Upon the completion of the training process in Living Faith Church, as signalled by God and with the consent of Bishop David Oyedepo, he resigned on 24th of August 2016 (being his handover service at Living Faith Church Mgbuoba, Port Harcourt).

After the Handover Service on 24th August 2016, he departed for Abuja on Sunday 28th August 2016. By Monday 29th August 2016, the Lord said to him; “Give Me a 7 days Separation in Prayers and Fasting (1st -7th September)”, which he obeyed. This 7 days separation in fasting and prayers has since then become a covenant with God and it is observed every year, as a time of consecration unto the Lord.

During the said 7 days adventure with God in September 2016, God gave the marching order for Ecclesia to kick off with the Word and Power Conference from September 27th-30th 2016. The said Conference had since then become an annual event for us, which also marks the anniversary of the Assignment.

Immediately after the Inaugural Conference mentioned above, the first Sunday Service was held on the 2nd of October 2016, as we began a full Church System with services scheduled thus;

  • Sundays: Word and Life Service
  • Tuesdays: Prayer Service
  • Fridays: Worship Service

Our Belief System

  • Our life is to be lived with a consciousness of God, and service to humanity. We are heavenly conscious, and earthly relevant (1 Peter 1:17).
  • We wholly subscribe to the Atonement and substitutionary work of Christ Jesus, how that He died as the total payment for our sins and transgression, bearing the claims of divine justice and ending the enmity between God and mankind (Romans 5:6-8; 2Corinthians 5:21).
  • We believe He lived His life, giving us an example to live for His cause here on earth. (John 13:15)
  • We believe in Christ’s vision for His Church, being to have the body function together, compact in love and fostered in oneness through varied expressions of love among the brethren (Ephesians 2:21-22; Ephesians 4:16)
  • We have the right perspective about problems. We see them as opportunities to make relevant progress when we embrace them (1 Corinthians 10:13, James 1:2-4).
  • We are responsibility-minded in our dealings: We are responsible to God in doing His will on earth, and also responsible to building the requisite capacity for every demand that is incumbent on us (Genesis 41:38-40, 1 Samuel 13:14).
  • We are Kingdom-minded individuals, with the consciousness of Christ as our King, and we His Subjects. Our ambassadorial responsibility in this kingdom is what drives us for Influence (John 17:18; 2 Corinthians 5:19,20).

Our Philosophy

Christ Representation… in Doctrine, in Deeds, in Demeanour expressed in a drive to see the influence and reign of Christ and His Kingdom here on earth:

  • Doing the works of Christ,
  • Living the words of Christ,
  • Loving as He loves.
